this is waaay bigger than it should be which is part of it’s mysterious charm…like, who would have had this up in their home or office in the 60′s? i mean, i would of course, but…hmmmmmmm…

 Tiki Oasis Matching-Cabana-Set Photo inspires Statue |
Raised plastic lettering signs like this, made to look like legitimate business associations, were all the rage in the 1960s. In an era when Playboy Clubs redefined party spaces, every novelty store or place where they could get away with selling stuff like this sold them. I do love that it spells ASS, an optional part of any Firm Member’s repertoire.
Do you still have this plaque? Do you have any other similar ones? Where did you get that one? I work for the company that made that back in the 70′s and we’re looking to bring back similar type plaques. We do not have any samples and it would be great for reference if we could get one.
