In the 40′s and 50′s, Florida made its’ contribution to the world with wonderful flamingos, crocs, oranges, sandy beaches and palm trees.
Today….it’s a wallet made from two linen postcards.

I love these old vintage wallets, especially the ones with the gold medal piping around the edges. So 1950s, so Miami Beach, the source of much inspiration for pop design. Perfect architecture, perfect climate to house the flamingos, crocs, oranges, beaches, palm trees, coconuts, Ms. Miami Beach contests and long buffet lines in the staggeringly gorgeous Deco hotels.
You guys know me by now I think, I love these old travel souvenirs.
