I believe this is from the 1950′s its called Parisienne, Made in England by Alfred Meakin, I have had it some time found in a Jumble Sale ,its dinner plate size, I love the pattern and would love a whole set, but its very expensive to buy now.

    ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!

This very much reminds me of a set I have made in England, also in the 50′s, called Homemaker. Also black and white. Wavy black lines with drawings of furniture and housewares Interspersed. Made by Ridgway Potteries Ltd., Staffordshire England. I think they were originally sold at Boots pharmacies and became very collectible through the years.

It would make me very happy to eat off of the plate. I don’t get people who eat off of plain white plates.
