Although very cute, the giant pill cotton ball holder doesn’t work very well. You should be able to pull one ball out at a time but the top usually pops off spilling all the balls on the floor if you give a substantial tug.
As cotton balls are supposedly sanitary I would be remiss if I didn’t point out the the brown astroturf you shot it on is part of the kitty litter cat tree.
I love that this deserved its own post in your Adventures series. I’m going to have to treat the giant pill with more respect!

Ooops, I will be careful next time to NOT use the kitty litter tree in any future photos.
