IT’S TIME FOR KITSCH…
This is a KITSCHY little Art Deco table clock… The 9-1/2″ Bathing Beauty and Swaying Palm Trees, that surround the Spartus Electric Clock are all pot metal. All painted, our Bathing Beauty is a Red Head and she is wearing a one piece bathing suit w/flowers, both her bathing suit and her cover-up are painted black. Her fab platform sandals are the same shade of red as her nails. She was a wonderful gift, and I just love her.

This is GORGEOUS!! And so perfect on the Holiday Inn towel! And so perfect that it’s a clock. I love pot metal artifacts like this. Even though they can break easily if they fall which I always found surprising for metal.
Do you know the year? I’m guessing 30s?
The touches of red on the lips, shoes and toes are perfect.
Thank you… I think it’s from the 1940′s, based on the clock and her “Victory Roll” hairstyle. She seems to be more in the keeping of the wartime movie hairstyles of The Andrews Sisters, Betty Grable, and that other redhead Rita Hayworth…smile.
I CAN’T STAND IT.
This is amazing and I think I need we need to seriously ad a “jealous” button here at awmok.com. I would cherish this too!
Imaginary “jealous” button was just pushed here…..
Thank you…
Yes, this is a gem. You have quite a collection of beautiful vintage items. Are many of them displayed in your home?
Thank you… We have been collecting since forever, and we have everything that we love around (displayed)…smile..
