One of my favorite treasures! This sets up on one of my kitchen shelves. Found years ago at a little Kansas town antique store: http://paxicomerchants.com/. The fun was in the find, hidden in a stack of old metal advertisement signs, but the joy is when people see it………are surprised……….and I get to watch their slow grin appear.

So many people stick things up on top shelves they either don’t want to deal with right away or want tucked away from the normal line of sight, so this is a very practical sign!
You should put your A&W cup on the shelves here at AWMOK. Gumball machine too. And who’s the beaked guy holding the sign?
Do you have more old metal signs?
I love this sign and must go hit the jealous button immediately.
LOL It is a favorite!! Thanks for being GREEN!!
Oh honey……. I got so much stuff you would have to add on an addition! I will seek out the signs just for you!
The beaked friend is an adoption of mine. I tend to find the lost soles at garage sales, thrift and antique shops. This little crow had lost his flock and I rescued him from the other wooden crafty creatures he was left with. Suppose to be a door topper….but I just let him sit on top of my sign, it gives him purpose in life.
If I didn’t already have an addiction to Kitsch, it is now in a full blown flare-up since I found you and this site. Now instead of just browsing the aisles at the thrift stores it is like I am on a mission for Allee!
I like the sound of that!
the sign is fun. and doesn’t everyone use the top shelves in the kitchen for kitsch? looks great! :o)
Great fun sign… Love seeing your “Paxico KN Link”…
Uh Oh…Denny I just saw Paxico sponsors a “Meatloaf Festival and Car Show”…..smile
