Four Breasted Swimming forbidden

I know, I might be reading this sign wrong but no swimming for people with 4 breasts.

   If it’s not four breasts I have no idea what it is.. Reclining on a George Nelson marshmallow couch?

   I can definitely see the four breasts, but feel compelled to point out the much less interesting explanation for the sign: the three white points beneath the black “breasts” are actually the tops of the waves in the water.
