I believe these may be Allee’s turn signals on her bicycle.  The red bag is like the glove compartment of the bike.

   It’s way more souped up now. The red bag is from Italy and says Coca Cola on it. The 2 vintage lights from the 50’s are just night lights. The black thing on the spokes allows me to have psychedelic patterns in the wheels when I ride at night, which I never do, but the patterns are fantastic.
