I’m not sure how one determines what makes a world – such as this one – about dehydration – “wonderful.” Sadly I left this book behind and so I’ll never know :(

I can understand what would be so wonderful about HYdration, but how on earth could DEHYdration be good for homemakers, gardeners or nutritionists? And how did Backpackers make the cut?
I suspect the dehydration refers to fruits and vegetables. Maybe Excalibur is some sort of appliance/machine that dehydrates food and this is the accompanying pamphlet for the product?
Oh wow, I bet this has to do with freeze drying food so it lasts longer or something…Whatever it’s about, I’m glad it’s wonderful! We have enough problems in the hydrated world anyway….
