That’s a whole lot of stuff going on on one head. Wayyyyy more work than I ever would’ve undertaken even back in the day.
Maybe it’s called “Empire” because her bangs are so messy it looks like she was tossed off the Empire State Building.
Not my favorite hair style but still pretty interesting. It’s very, very busy and I hate that headband thing she is sporting in some of the pics.
