This looks as if it was never even taken out of the box. The booklet is interesting too. I found the illustrations really interesting. We have an all american white family in teh first pic, then we have an asian man and boy in the second picture. Is this a multicultural hair clipper from the 40′s?

I love these things.
Then device itself looks more like a vacuum cleaner. The box looks like a box of matches. Graphics on box are incredible.
Does it still work?
You can tell me if it works, it’s making it’s way out to you eventually….
