I think of all the soul inspired beer signs that I passed up buying and I could kick myself.

I could kick you too for passing up those signs!
I don’t usually buy black beer signs from the 80s – I’m strictly 60′s and 70′s in that department – but I loved that it said “Check It out!” I never really even checked what kind of beer it was and then one day a couple decades later I almost freaked when I realized it was Stroh’s, Detroit’s finest beer when I was growing up.
I have consumed many Stroh’s beer.
