Pictures with Eddie and Allee…….Well, not exactly a “play trip” but some laughs were had.  It was a very busy few weeks in Allee’s recording studio.  Sifting through tons and tons of demos that spans a 40 year career in the writing and recording of a zillion songs.  Allee’s catalog has proven to be hugely overwhelming for me.  I was coming across songs that just made me want to explode and run out of the room and sync my ipod with the thousands of songs I had in my hands.  I have become quite familiar with fellow songwriters with names such as Franne Gold, David Lasley, Bruce Roberts, the list is endless.  The work was hard but I had a ball doing it.

Eddie was working on editing the video for Allee’s upcoming show at NOHOPac in LA, her shows were be held on two nights.  September 21st and 22nd.  Demos, demos and more demos……James Brown, Bob Dylan, Level 42, Boy George, Helen Terry and Cyndi Lauper, my head was spinning the entire time.  Welcome to more kitsch filled posts in my summer series……

You did a spectacular job!!! CANNOT THANK U enough. I didn’t remember writing half of those songs. Not to mention I’m in heaven having so many of my writing sessions. Digitizing would’ve never happened without you.
