Totally practical for the little toothpick thing to be included though I never used to be able to figure out what it was for.
Love the little wooden bowl. Always nice when things are organic like this. If only the pick and cracker had a squirrel’s tail on them.
Hahahaha! What’s missing is a little spool with two holes in it that used to sit in the middle of the bowl. So the nutcracker could be stood upright in the spool. The spool came out some years ago and disappeared.
It’s still fun to use this while listening to Tchaikovsky’s Trepak Dance or Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies.
