I know there’s a name for this besides “gigantic bongo drum”?

I love bongos!

Most of the handles to the doors and closets in this room are all vintage kitsch!

    CONGA.

    I love bongos too, especially with that cracked ice finish and from the 50s, like in photo number two.

    I have 10 different models of the inflatable flower stool in photo number three. The most significant thing in that photo however is the typewriter wrapped in plastic. That’s the first big ticket item I ever bought with my allowance money. 1960. Hudsons department store at Northland in Detroit. I think it was around $30 but can’t remember for sure.

    I have a massive collection of vintage trophies. I use many of them as door handles, as was the fate of the Personality Dance Club one you have here in photos number four and five.

    I have two Women’s Lib games. Both of them were a little incomplete so I have one whole game between the two of them. I believe the year is 1975.
