Jealous

I’m not sure whether to bury it or bring out the bread and start making sandwiches for the next year.

I love baloney and would be fine if I ate it for a year. Which means that I could easily munch through this great meat log. Just give me loaf of Wonder Bread, some French’s mustard and a head of iceberg and I’ll be a happy camper indeed.

I just noticed that you wrote baloney instead of bologna. That reminded me of a customer who wanted a painting of Billy Baloney, yet he first asked me if I can paint Billy Bologna for him and I didn“t know what he means. Do you call this sort of salami also baloney in the states?

This actually looks like a big salami to me. I’ve only seen baloney/bologna sliced in packages so don’t know if precut it looks like this or not. As far as the spelling, both of them are actually used here. I’ve always gone with the more common ‘baloney’, but you definitely see it spelled both ways.

shudders…..that’s like, A LOT of muscle and fat in one place….i’m all for big stuff like this, but can we try it with corn and soy instead? (the mass production of which is destroying land just as much as animals but at least the harvesting of which isn’t as horrifying)
