    Well, you missed the most famous part of this photo. This is an old 1951 Philco Predicta television set. Predictas were the most famous of all the atomic TV sets for their space-age look. This one in red is really rare. It never worked by the time I inherited it from Niko Bolas, who built my first studio at Willis Wonderland and also produced all those massive Steve Perry records. But I treasure it anyway.

    Eeeee, a Predicta!! I love those. Supposedly they’re still producing them via http://www.predicta.com/index.shtml and I really want one, repro or not.
