Bosson Bali Wall Mask |

Clearing out my loft (long job) I found this gorgeous wall mask , packed away. Boson was based in Congleton, England they are most famous for the production of their ‘Character Wall Masks’. These are models of heads and figurines that were made of plaster . All models were hand painted. I grew up with these on the wall at home and they always had the most amazing detail. This is the Balinese wall mask ,one of a series, and she dates from 1959-1961 .
