We are fast approaching the Queens Diamond Jubilee ( 2 days off work !!) this splendid image of the Queen was made be using 2.012 cupcakes. It was made by food artist Prudence Stait .

Well, I’m a little late in attending to posts for the Queen’s Jubilee so I apologize for my tardiness. I was probably eating too many cupcakeS and somehow missed this but I hope you enjoyed your week off and got to eat some cupcakes. Do you know if these got consumed or do they just get stale and eventually shivel like the Queen does as she ages?
