This photo hangs in the kitchen at “The House of Prudence” and I have to say, it makes me absolutely jealous that I don’t own it. I don’t remember seeing it the last time I was here. I’d love to know what street this is on.

It’s definitely one of the cross streets between Sunset and Little Santa Monica in Beverly Hills though I don’t know which one. It’s an absolutely gorgeous shot. Has a real silver tone to it. I think Prudence found it in a thrift shop for about a dollar.
If memory serves, it’s 16 x 20″.
Ugh, are you kidding me? A dollar? It’s still just the most amazing picture of one of my favorite eras in Hollywood.
Beautiful!!
I’m with Denny for sure. I love old pictures like this. It reminds me of “China Town,” which is my favorite film.
Could it be looking south on N. Beverly Drive south of Sunset? That was my first impression, then I went to mapquest, and the curve to the left would be about the same if you’re looking south.
An excellent possibility.
