For those akitschionados that know me may know that I just lost another pet. She was young, only 3 years old and passed from lung cancer. RIP Gretchen. The dog you see me with here is “Stella”. She’s a 10 month old Chesapeake Bay Retriever and New Foundlound mix. She’s super sweet and hyper and will no doubt keep us on our toes around here. She’s even house trained already which is a huge +!
Stella comes to us tomorrow on October 28th. She is my birthday present!

Of course, so sorry to see Gretchen go. But I have to believe that any pet of yours is so lucky to have shared any time with you, so she had a blessed life. And now, welcome Stella! Totally beautiful. Did you get her from the pound? How big will she get?

This amazing new girlie is 10 months old. The breed mix is a killer! She’s part Chesapeake Bay Retriever and part New Foundlound. She loves the ocean, tennis balls, playing fetch and kisses you til your almost soaked from head to toe with dog saliva.
That makes me a happy guy.
