Featuring designers such as Pierre Cardin, Courreges, Paco Rabanne. Most of these scenes are from a german tv show “Paris Aktuell”. The music is from Mort Garson’s “Ataraxia The Unexplained” lp from 1975. This stuff flips my wig in a big way! The hats really, really just kill me!

This is staggering in all ways, shapes and forms. Unbelievable fashion, music, models, architecture, hair, everything. An absolute perfect time piece. Although I never dressed like this, this entire genre of artistic temperament had a massive influence on me.
It’s next to impossible for me to think of designers today as being “ahead” as once something like this sets the bar where else completely 100% unique is there to go?

THis one of my favorite youtubes ever!!! Why didn’t I ever submit this!? Denny, you’re a genius! I must not have thought it was kitschy enough….and that would be because i want to dress like this because it looks so cool…..these were the clothes of the future…there’s still time…

Kitty……I love this stuff and when in the mood,I really love to investigate this stuff. I only recently became more interested in Space Age fashions…amazing stuff! I can’t get enough of it…

isn’t youtube wonderful!? i found this about a year ago when i was searching for a certain song performed on the theremin….i’m so glad that people post this stuff….you can spend hours! the space age and atomic designs are truly my favorite…some of it was bizarre,of course, but all of it was just so optimistic and creative…..

the vid is so good. i also read the comment and most of them agreed. and i also agreed with them.
the fashion reminds me a cartoon that i usually watch when i was a chiled, “the jetsons”. if the future would be like this it would be cool. but i totally disapprove if the future fashion has only one type of fashion for all.
