I wish this photo were larger so I could really read the titles which I’m assuming all have birds in them.

Is Eddie South the singer, the bird or the orchestra leader? Same question about Mike Simpson. Does the chick, who looks like she has a birds nest on her head, have anything to do with the LP other than modeling for the cover? Is she Eddie? Has she ever been around birds before? She doesn’t look like she has much love so much as trying to concentrate on anything other than the bird occupying her finger so she doesn’t get pecked.

It’s instrumental jazz. Eddie South plays the violin and Mike Simpson plays the reeds and flute.
    Please see the following:

The “Dark Angel of the Violin”, Eddie South, joins forces with reedman Mike Simpson in a charming and jazzy collection of tunes about our feathered friends.

One person commented on some blog that Eddie South once appeared at a fair in Belgium in the Pavillion of Birds, whatever that is.
