Hand Made Game Board made of wood

I found this for $5.00 with the intentions of hanging this somewhere in the house. Have absolutely no idea what kind of game this was made for.

I have no idea what kind of game this is either but it’s very groovy as a standalone artifact.

Is that a cord sticking out of it? Also looks like air vents in the base. So is it a self spinner or electrically charged?

What’s the size on this? Does it have a hanger on the back? Is it painted on masonite? My husband Bob creates game boards from reclaimed materials. I’ll run your piece by him.

It’s really quite large. I’m dog sitting at a friends and cannot measure it right now. It has a “dent” in the wood on the back, for hanging. The main letters are painted on with gold spray paint and letter stencils. The swinging arm is made of some sort of scrap metal with a drilled hole and simple nut n’ bolt to hold it in place. The numbers appear to have been hand drawn by some sort of silver marker or maybe even paint. This is definitely going to hang somewhere, as stated before, I live with my Father in-law and my love of kitsch seems to confuse him, so I have to restrict myself from hanging and displaying certain items. The floral thing in the back was obtained from an art gallery in P-town, it’s a light.
