My Grandfather and Grandmother are the first couple at the table. My Mother’s parents. The Italian side.

Your grandmother looks exactly like your mother. I love that I’ve seen so many photos of your mom I could probably recognize her anywhere.

I love group photos like this taken at long dinner tables. I also really love the little stamp down in the right-hand corner, ” An enjoyable evening…”

I’m glad you like this pic too! My Grandparent’s were truly in love with each other. Did you notice Aunt Stella, leaning back in her chair and wearing white flowers in her hair? Her speech was snappy, loved her cigarettes and was a flirty gal. I remember when Aunt Stella would walk around to the pizza shop when I worked there as a teen. My Grandparents owned a pizza shop in Roxborough, on the outskirts of Philly. I had many fabulous Aunts but Stella and Sophie were the only ones that lived walking distance to the pizza shop. Aunt Jean, Aunt Stella, Aunt Sophie, Aunt Mary….all really fun women!
