I am not sure who this guys is. Maybe some one out there can help. He is approximately 18 inches tall with white hair, eyebrows and moustache, is wearing traditional German garb and has an attached tag that says “Julius KAYSER & Co.”

Looks like the leiderhosen are creeping up a little on Santa Claus or whoever this Pillbury doughy guy is. I love how one sleeve is much longer than the other and that his bling says “Julius KAYSER & Co.” I wonder what that company made giving out little promo dolls like this?
