Allee, I’m guessing you have these in your bar and get lots of use with these terricloth socks that slip on your colorful anodized aluminum glass , absorbing the surface moisture. I’m thinking these are 60’s.
They’re called Hi-Jacs. I have many sets of them but they’re all a little different from this one and each other. I love them all and love using them. Though there’s no question that depending on how well they’re made they make the glass a little tipsy.
I absolutely adored using these as a kid. And no color thrills me more to this day than when it’s in anodized aluminum. Slipping one of these over a glass still thrills me!

These aren’t Hi-Jacs but serve the same purpose: https://www.alleewillis.com/blog/2010/05/30/allee-willis-kitsch-o-the-day-‚Äì-glass-strap/

I don’t have any of these but I always smile when I see them.
