First of all, I had a hell of a time taking pictures of this bottle. My camera wouldn’t cooperate no matter what background I used (light or dark). Anyway, this is a bottle of Executive 9 to 5 cologne. I’m not sure, but I’m betting it is from the 1960’s. The cap has a clear dome and inside there is a pair of mini dice, so when you shake up the cologne (which you need to do cause it is a bit coagulated at the bottom), you roll the dice. Because it’s a 9 to 5 cologne, I’m assuming it was intended for the workplace, however I pity this guy’s co-workers as the scent is super, super strong and overly spicy, almost floral, not something that a sharp businessman would wear, rather something that Liberace might wear (not making fun of Liberace who was a fabulous entertainer, but you know what I mean).

So fantastic. I’m so jealous. From the name of the spritz to that incredible little dice dome on top to the smell, just perfect!
It’s beyond classic looking looking at it straight on.
I have a weakness for things made out of plastic where the type is raised, like how it is on the sides of the white cap.
Despite any problems you may have had taking photos, they came out fine. Fine enough for jealousy to be cursing through my body right now!

Thank you, Allee, for the special award. It totally makes my day! Getting ready to go check out some thrift stores this afternoon, and think I’ll splash on some of this cologne and wear it with pride (people will be able to smell me from a mile away). :)

Did you find anything at the thrifts?
Michael Ely
Not a thing. You know how it is, sometimes you find a treasure, but most of the time it ain’t worth looking at.
