    This is actually one of the most expensive things in my house. It was given to me as a gift by Richard Simmons when I produced his “Reach LP, windupkitty’s favorite, in 1981. It’s made by Clarice Cliff in 1932. The pattern is called Sunset. These are GORGEOUS in person.

    I am a huge fan of Clarice Cliff, sadly I do not own any , they have been priced out of my range since I started collecting 30 yrs ago. Susie Cooper was another designer whose popularity nearly rivaled Clarice Cliff.
    I very nearly became the owner of a CC jam pot but a woman beat me to it by a nano second, I still remember the moment.
    This set is making me swoon.
