This is the Cadbury Creme Egg Car, I believe there are 5 of them based at the Bourneville Factory in Birmingham UK. All I can find out about the make is that the chassis was built from Bedford Rascal and the Mirrors from a Citroen 2cv. Its just so huggable !

For the chocoholics among us the real deal !!

Oh boy, I’d love to slap a new paint job on that thing and park it in my drive. Beautiful! Though I was never a huge fan of Cadbury Creme Eggs. To gooey for me. But the car… that’s another matter entirely!

I love those damn eggs. I limit myself to one a season because the rest of my body hates them. However, the little car is calorie free and I’d love one of those! Maybe a tiny fleet of them!

I am wondering Douglas if I am the only member in the UK .Lisa my body hates them but they tempt you from all corners, I have just eaten Cadbury mini eggs, I wonder if they made a car to promote them, I will go search ….Easter Greeting everyone.

There are only 3 Creme Egg cars left now. There were 6 made in total, 4 Creme eggs and 2 mini eggs. The 3 that are left are all Creme eggs. I look after them and they are now kept at my house. They are based on a Bedford Rascal as you said.

I Keep the cars for Cadbury, clean them, repair them etc and take them round the country to Exhibitions. I used to drive them on the road but now i take them on a trailer as the cars are now 25 years old and driving long distance with them is a worry in case they breakdown. They will do 70 MPH. 3 cars have been scrapped. One was due to an accident and 2 due to age related problems. The mini egg cars didnt look as good as the Creme egg cars so they were changed to Creme eggs.
