Here she is, fresh from the mailbox… the “Silvertone Selectra,” with a body design sure to make Allee flip:

About the size of a pack of playing cards, this petite beauty accompanied the Silvertone sets sold by Sears (say that ten times fast).

And yes, her grill is just as lovely as the rest of her design:

While Silvertone is best remembered for their stereos and musical instruments (notably guitars), this little wonder is sweet enough music to my eyes.

Yeah, I’m pretty much convulsing over this one, especially with that massive atomic star in the middle. And, of course, anything from Sears in the days of old.

I really do love this one for the simplicity. And, to say that it would make an unbelievable miniature car is an understatement. Grille and headlights perfectly positioned. GORGEOUS.

What kind of sound do the buttons make?
