One of the many groovin’ lamps at The House of Prudence. It was a bit of a whirlwind visit so I couldn’t exactly run around turning lamps on and off. I’m sure this lamp looks just fab when it is lit. LOVE love love the shape of this.

Yes, Snappy has an excellent selection of mod lamps. All of them work and all of them are usually turned on all the time too.
I’m pretty sure this one is vintage though for a short spell Ikea had something similar. But you don’t want to start me on the topi of Ikea! They’ve gone so conservative it’s pathetic. It’s not even the same store it started out as. And not just the inventory, windupkitty helped me find and mail order some rugs from a few Ikeas for my recording studio and it was like dealing with the village idiots. Seriously, the most inapt shopping adventure either one of us had ever had. None of this to take away from this beautiful lamp though that hopefully had nothing to do with Ikea.
