It’s getting down to the wire here at Willis Wonderland for Allee’s “Soup To Nuts Party Mix” show. Allee’s show is tomorrow at the El Portal theater in the Valley. Several of us took a road trip or a flight to LA to be a part of the production process. This picture is a small sampling of the pre-show madness that is taking place at Willis Wonderland. I flew into LA with barely any sleep and when I landed I went straight to the “Soup To Nuts” headquarters to join others in helping prepare for the show.
There will be no shortage of junk food and the snacks were flowing yesterday, flowing right into these vintage snack bags! It was hard to not nibble while filling these bags but it sure was nice getting to sample the “broken” snacks! That’s all I will say here. I was floored at the insane amount (and variety) of snacks that will be available at Allee’s show.
Here is another Dennis, and fellow akitschionados Wind-Up and Susan Olsen. This table served as our production area for all the snacks that will be available at Allee’s “Soup To Nuts” show!
Wind-Up kitty is fast at work on the snack production line. She did a truly amazing job making some of the snacks that will be available at the show. Love you Wind-Up!
It was a long day but we always find a moment for a little photo-op. Here is Susan and I saying our goodbyes after a day of filling snack bags for Allee’s “Soup To Nuts Party Mix” show.
THANK YOU, ALL!! I can;t even begin to tell you how much I appreciate all the help. 38 different kinds of junk food, all in vintage style bags. Now if only you could do the show for me.
We all can’t wait! After doing a run through today, I have no doubt your show AND you are going to be amazing.
“oh it was the childrens day parade and it……rained in Milwaukee”……
You are our CHILDSTAR for sure!
