One Response to “Denny’s Adventures In Allee’s “Willis Wonderland” – July 2011 – Part 131”

This is a tiny demitase cup. I, or should I say Bubbles, used to sell a lot of these. I kept the ones where the glaze was really sloppy.

Pickles was THE dog of my canine children. It’s such a shame she was here pre-YouTube. She was a total star. Horribly abused when I got her from the pound. She was terrified of everyone and barked nonstop. A doggy shrink told me to find something that was interesting to her and to encourage her to do it when the doorbell rang so she’d be distracted from strangers entering. I fed her in annodized aluminum bowls and she always tried to drag her bowl away from the other anmals. When i finally let her drag it when the doorbell rang, she dumped the food out, carried it outside and pushed it into the pool, retriving it before it sunk, and started all over. Eventually she had hundreds of bowls which she would sink in order of color, amplitude (metal scrapping against cement) or size. She did many different tricks with them, all named after the celebrities who taught them to her. She was EXCEPTIONAL. One time I was on a TED panel with Dr. Jonas Salk, who discovered the Polio vaccine. All he had heard about me was that I had a very brainy dog who he hoped to meet one day.
