High heel wine bottle holders

Saw these in a shop in Provincetown.  I think they were made out of some heavy duty plastic material.

   Am I crazy or are these just high heels that someone is about to stick wine bottles in??

   Nope, ceramic thingies. Geezus, your really digging in my submissions. Taken when we lived back on cape cod. One can never enough wine caddys made to look like high heels.
