There’s always been a connection between drinking, smoking and baudy humor. This ashtray is an attempt to bring them all together, except that, while it’s baudy, it’s not particularly funny. Given its excellent condition, I suspect it didn’t get much use. Probably it was purchased at some tourist trap, given as a gag gift, and promptly put in a drawer, waiting decades to be unearthed and appreciated.

Well, the missing thing from your description of what genres are mixed together is Ubangi. I guess because of all those nude National Geographic photos Ubangi women were oftentimes portrayed with massively sagging breasts in American ceramic products like sculptures, lamps and ashtrays throughout the 1950s and 60s. I’ve seen a lot of them but have never seen this one.
Is this teeny tiny, like just 2 inches square? If so, this was probably part of a set of little cocktail ashtrays, usually coming 4 to 6 per set.
