As a recovering golfer, I love to be reminded that one can have a nice drive without a club in hand. That’s the top end of a tee sticking out of his mouth.

Did someone make this or is it store-bought? One way or another someone had too much to drink and experienced an excellent crafts night.
What’s the head itself made of? The inside of the golf ball? Size-wise it looks like it but I didn’t think this is what they were made of. I once had golf balls as garden decorations instead of stones. One day I came home and thought a planet of worms had invaded my yard but as I got closer I saw that they were thousands of little rubber bands that blew out of the balls as they exploded in the sun after sitting there for years. Who knew rubber bands were what golf balls were made of?

I don’t know who made it, but the hemispheres look to be the size of actual golf balls, and the face appears to be resin, which would tell us mass produced. The son that gave it to me is old enough now to concur with both of us on your comment, but who can get rid of such treasures, and disturb the feng shui of my man cave?
