Allee Willis on Beaufort and talking about

I know you submitted this a while ago but I knew I was going to have a chance to meet Margaret Keane, the woman who executed these brilliant paintings and put an indelible stamp on pop culture, and wanted to wait to post this until I did. It finally happened last Wed. night. I just blogged about it so check it out: https://www.alleewillis.com/blog/2010/03/31/allee-willis-kitsch-o-the-day-%E2%80%93-the-only-thing-better-then-a-keane-painting-is-to-be-with-keane/

Kooky Kitsch…..now you sound like me. Sometimes Ernie just shakes his head but I finally told Ernie even though we have been together almost 13 years, he will never come between me and my kitsch! Poor Ernie. Great post!

My kind of display…my husband Karl is always shaking his head (bobble head) and he sighs a lot….the sitting room is his but my Kitsch slowly creeps in, I need a bigger house…..I did buy a rug shaped like an Ice Cream cone for the bedroom and he just sighed and walked off !! The rug is still in place.
The pictures stand out really well on your lovely orange wall
