Toothpick Holder ?

This is such a cute item…underneath the only info is the stamp Foreign…she is about 5 in high and comes apart at the middle, I could only think she held toothpicks ?

    Toothpick holder is a good guess. Stash jar would be another. Excellent container for whatever use someone puts her to. Her eyes look like she’s just begging you to pull her top off.
