If you had a door with a knob, you were ready to go. Before home weights, bands, step and ball, this was THE home exercise in the 70’s. As years went by, it could be seen on yard sale tables. Decades later, it’s still showing up.

I always felt like if I ever hooked one of these up my leg would end up permanently in the air.
Such great late 70’s/early 80’s packaging. I love that the guys in a Speedo but the girl is totally covered up. For once let the boys take it all off.
