This was labeled as being a “cheese shaker”, but the holes in the top of his hat are so small, there’s no way any cheese would shake out of him.
He doesn’t have any marks, but he seems like he’s pretty old, he has an old cork in his feet.

Great post, I love kitchen chefs… Wonder if Bravo TV Top Chef Shows collects Chefs?…. I would die if I walked into the office of one their producers and they had a collection… it would be so cool…smile
