On the corners of every black and white photo

Before clear plastic film in the 60’s, the kind that covered pictures in an album, was a world of only black and white spapshots. All our baby pictures and family gatherings had these stick-on corner mounts. The albums had either heavy black or dark ivory sheets. These were half price on Sunday, just 25 cents for two packs. Nice buy.

I still have a bunch of packs of these corners. Photos never looked better than when graced by these corners.

I used to collect old scrapbooks. A lot of times the photos would have fallen out but these corners remained intact. I love the old black pages with nothing but the corners left on them.
