My friend Tata had a baking moment! We could not wait to eat them hence the sloppy decoration.
We lay on the sofa for 2 hours afterwards with a massive sugar rush.

I think cupcakes are the food of life. And I’m crazy about the little paper cups they sit in. I love when the edges really show like they do in these. I also love when things really look homemade as these do.
Are these little mini cupcakes?
About how many did each of you eat? And are the ones with the maraschino cherries on top different than the ones with the sprinkles? And is the white stuff frosting or fluff? Last question, homemade or mix?

I’m getting a sugar rush just looking at them. The thing about cup cakes is that I always over do it and can’t have just one. I used to eat the sprinkles as candy when I was a kid much to the disappointment of my Mother. She stopped buying cake toppings as they never lasted long enough for her to use them on anything.

They are mini cupcakes..Tata and I ate most of them along with help from Kiara aged 2 and a bit.
They just popped into your mouth in one go. The sprinkles had buttercream topping and the cherry ones had plain icing flavoured with lemon juice very tangy.
Home made sponge mix and not an icing bag in sight ..Yum
