AMAZING watering can which is made of plastic.
Every household should have one of these.
Apple head with face and REALLY long eyelashes!

I don’t have that many watering cans but the ones I do have are pretty great. I love the Deco one in photos 1 and 2. I found that on eBay for $15.
The green thumb watering can was only five dollars at Wacko in LA about 10 years ago. I bought quite a few of those and gave them out as gifts for a while.
Alice Apple with the long eyelashes is actually a bank: https://www.alleewillis.com/awmok/kitschenette/2009/10/02/alice-apple-savings-bank/

Oh yes, those top 2 are perhaps the best watering cans I’ve ever seen!

LOVE both of the watering cans. I used to frequent Wacko all the time when I used to live near Melrose, but haven’t been there for years– is it still there? And do you still have to walk through that weird walkway in between two stores to get to it? (I remember the original Wacko too– that was in a smaller space right on the street.) And is Soap Plant still there too?

I spent so much time in that little hallway I can’t tell you!
Both Wacko and Soap Plant moved to Hollywood Blvd. just east of Hillhurst quite a few years ago. A big store now and still with the great, crazy stuff. I haven’t been in in quite a while but prices still good as of last visit. Excellent hip and groovy book selection too.

I remember the old Wacko and Soap Plant too. Here in Tucson, we have a Wacko-like store called Yikes. It’s my favorite store.

Put that on the tour list, please.

Michael, are they on-line? I’m going to go look now, sounds like fun.

Michael, is this it?
