First of all, I love when food is wrapped in paper. Second, they look nice and chubby and from what you describe have that perfect crunch when you bite through the fried shell. If I thought they would keep I would have you ship an order to me right now!

Mighty fine lookin fries/chips to me. They have to be good, look at the high grease content of the paper, a true gauge to how good they are. Not too sure about the ketchup tho, my papa used to tell me only yankees used ketchup on them…..
