This is a book written by a river guide who works in the Western U.S. He has seen so many horror stories over the years involving camp toilets, he thought it would be fun to gather them into a book. Some of these are painfully, but this is not a book for the faint of heart or stomach! It will, however, add charming new terms like “groover” and “the goodness” to your vocabulary, for better or worse.

Wow! Totally amazing that someone thought to write a book about this but given that he’s a river guide it makes perfect sense as God only knows what he’s had to put up with making “runs” down those rivers. It sounds like a must read for anyone into kitsch and certainly anyone planning on being on a trip on the waters.Anyone taking that trip I hope they check out the toilet paper posted here at AWMOK: https://www.alleewillis.com/awmok/kitschenette/2010/12/03/renew-toilet-paper/A
